Noodler’s Atlantic Salmon is a highlighting ink. I use it regularly and quite like it.
I have it in a Platinum Preppy Refillable Highlighter Marker ($3 at Goulet Pens). I splurged and got the converter for an extra $7.50.
Rohrer & Klingner Verdura is an ink I’ve not used in a pen – yet.
I’m planning to. I like the crisp bright color of it here.
De Atramentis is famous for making a zillion inks. And then they take some of them, add a little scent and name it something else. Some, they add the name of a famous person and then sell both of the inks.
I don’t think De Atramentis Aubergine is the same has Alexander Hamilton. Buuuut…the side of the bottle does say Aubergine. Which really just means purple (or eggplant, apparently).
I generally like De Atramentis inks. It’s a little annoying that they (nor no one else) has a color chart showing which inks are related to which others. If you know of such a chart, please let me know.

Delta Yellow
It has been forever since I’ve added to my Fifty Shades of Grey collection!
De Atramentis Cinnamon is from the scented line of De Atramentis inks for fountain pens. The scent is definitely cinnamon with no stinky undertones that I could detect. The ink is dark grey (or is it gray?) with a maybe a hint of green. I don’t see as much green in it as a I saw in De Atramentis Cement, and so I don’t think they are De Atramentis Twins, but they are definitely close, with Cinnamon being just a touch lighter.
The ink writes wonderfully. No hard starts, no feathering, show-through, or bleeding on either Clairefontaine or Rhodia paper.
Cinnamon won’t replace Pilot Iroshizuku Fuyu-syogun as my favorite gray ink, but I do like it quite a bit and find myself picking up the pen inked with it regularly.
I scanned the handwritten review before I remembered to complete the water test – oops. Having later completed the test, you will have to trust me when I say that it behaved wonderfully. Not perfectly, but definitely better than what I expected.
My bottom line is that this is an ink that many people will like. The color is good and the writing experience really couldn’t be better. Winner, winner!

I’ve not written with this ink, but I’m preparing to say I love it. Looks like a pretty pretty pinkish red to me.

Platinum Mix-Free Leaf Green is definitely bright and sunny. Perhaps a bit on the yellow side for some people.
Diamine Amazing Amethyst: rich, deep color without being dull or muddy. I’ve not tried this one in a pen you. Have you? I hope you love it so I can love it, too.

The first time I used this ink, was in my Montblanc 145 Rose Gold. A beautiful combination. The swab here doesn’t do this ink justice. It’s a bright and cheerful peacock color.
