More of a dark gray than black, De Atramentis Black Roses will never be my favorite – if only because of the scent. It kinda makes me shiver just thinking about it again.

Sailor Kobe #25 Tarumi Apricot is a pleasant orange and the ink writes really well.

I’m trying to decide if this is exactly the same ink as this one. What do you think?

Whew. I love this ink. Well, I loved it. Sadly, Amazon is part of the discontinued line of inks from Caran d’Ache and is no longer available. Bummer.

People love R&K Alt-Goldgrun.

I have two confessions….

I misread every post and label for ages and thought this ink was called alt-goldRUN
I think the swab here looks interesting, but I’m not a huge fan of the color out of the pen

Am I alone?
